i was disappointed with this. it started wearing out much sooner than i expected and just didn’t last long at all.

I’ve used these on maybe a few steel projects so far, and they’ve held up well. The cutting feels fairly quick, and the grinding speed is good enough for what I needed. They’re not perfect, but for around the price, I’d say they’re a solid buy.

I was hoping this would work with my grinder, but the threads didn’t match up at all (which was frustrating). It ended up being completely useless for my setup.

I’ve ordered twice now and, to be fair, both deliveries showed up when they were supposed to. The tracking was okay, nothing amazing, and one of the boxes had a small dent in it. I guess I just felt a bit misled because everything made it seem like the shipping experience would be more reliable and polished than it actually was.

My order arrived with a couple of items missing, which was frustrating because I actually needed them for a job I had coming up. I reached out to support and didn’t hear back right away, so I was a little worried at first.

Once they did respond, though, they handled it smoothly and shipped out the missing items without giving me the runaround. To me, mistakes happen, but how a company deals with them says a lot. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I’d still order from them again

I feel like I paid way too much for this. The quality just felt cheap the second I got it, which makes me wonder if they’re banking on people not looking too closely and just accepting the price tag as proof it’s good. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but it definitely gave me that “they know exactly what they’re doing” vibe. Not worth the money for me.

I ordered a few sanding belts and they were okay overall, but the grit felt kind of inconsistent. Some of them cut just how I expected, and then others felt weirdly smooth or wore out way faster than they should have for the same grit. Not a disaster or anything. Actually, wait, it was annoying when I had to keep swapping belts in the middle of a job. Shipping was fine and the price was reasonable, I just wish the grit was more reliable.

Ordered from Benchmark Abrasives and yeah... it showed up. So that’s a plus. The brand seems legit enough, and the stuff I got was okay. Not blown away or anything, but it did the job. I might order again. Maybe. Still not totally sure I trust the site yet.

I reached out to customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back. Maybe I missed something or contacted the wrong place, but as far as I can tell, I never got any kind of reply.
